- We provide software, not advice.
- Check tax and legal questions with a professional.
- Plans are per organization.
- Change or cancel any time; cancelling applies at the end of the billing period.

Software, not advice
Akaunty provides bookkeeping software, not tax, legal or accounting advice. It suggests accounts and builds journal entries, but you decide what to post. Check important questions with a qualified professional.
Plans and billing
- Paid plans are billed per organization, monthly or yearly. Prices and plan limits, such as users and transactions, are listed on the pricing page.
- You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.
- Prices are in USD. Taxes may apply.
Acceptable use
When you use Akaunty, don’t:
- Use it for anything unlawful, including fraudulent records.
- Try to access another organization’s data, or an account that isn’t yours.
- Disrupt the service, probe it for weaknesses without permission, or work around plan limits.
Your data
Your books belong to you, and they remain available on the Free plan. How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.
Availability
We work to keep Akaunty available and your data safe, but we can’t promise the service will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. Review important reports before you rely on them.
Ending your use
You can stop using Akaunty and cancel your plan at any time. We may suspend access to an account that seriously breaks these terms, such as by trying to reach another organization’s data.
