Plans are priced in USD per organization, so each set of books has its own plan. Pay monthly, or yearly and save 20%. Taxes may apply.
Yes, with no time limit. It covers one user and up to 100 transactions a month, with income and expense tracking, a chart of accounts and the core statements: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Trial Balance.
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like. Your books stay available on the Free plan, so nothing you’ve recorded is lost.
Not yet. Paid plans open when billing launches, and until then the plans and prices on this page show what we intend to offer. They may change before launch, and we’ll tell you before any change applies to your organization.
Per organization. Each plan includes a number of users, so a team shares one plan. If you keep the books for several organizations, each one has its own plan, and your login stays the same.
Yes. Paid plans will come with a free trial, so you can try invoicing, multi-currency and the full set of reports on your own books before you pay.
Payments will go through a merchant-of-record partner that handles cards and the sales tax or VAT on your subscription. Your card details never touch Akaunty, and your subscription never touches your books.
